Meet the Splash-Worthy Team at Ready Steady Splash
Hannah
Hannah is the owner of Ready Steady Splash. The reason she started the swim school was due to her children and the love and passion they had for water from a very young age. Hannah's mission is to help and support many children and adults through their learn to swim journey and create a life saving skill and enjoyment around water. To date Hannah and her team have taught many hundreds of children how to swim.
Carol
Carol is Hannah's mum and was dragged out of retirement to assist Hannah in the administration side of the business, Carol is who you will find on the other end of the emails, she also keeps the accounts up to date as well as many many other things.
Tori
Tori started with Ready Steady Splash as a mum bringing her children to our classes, she developed a huge joy watching her children working through the learn to swim programmes that she joined our team as an assistant. Tori has a background in working with Special education needs and she qualified as a swimming Teacher in 2021, Tori now works full time with Ready Steady Splash teaching baby, toddler, pre-school classes as well as our after school and 1-1 SEND classes.
Bobby
Bobby Started swimming with us 9 years ago and helped support his brother in his learn to swim programme, at 14 he became one of our assistants and was amazing at supporting and helping all swimmers in their learn to swim journey, The Summer of 2025 saw Bobby complete his Swim Teachers training and he continues to be a huge part of our team now teaching his own classes.
Amie
Amie started with Ready Steady Splash as an assistant and has since gone on to become a qualified Teacher since 2022, she’s extremely nurturing and understands how to get the best out of every child.
Lorna
Lorna has been with Ready Steady Splash since 2021 and runs some of our baby, toddler, pre-school classes as well as our afterschool classes on a Thursday and Saturday, she loves teaching all ages and abilities from Beginners to Advanced.
Phoebe
Phoebe is an assistant who works in the water aiding children in their learn to swim journey, she has a huge passion working with nervous swimmers and encouraging them that they can have an I can attitude.
William
William joined Hannah's 1-1 SEND classes 7 years ago and stayed in private lessons for quite sometime while we found his likes, dislikes and help support him to focus and listen. Over time we managed to phase William into group lessons and most recently after expressing interest he has become a valued member of our assisting team, he is absolutely amazing at encouraging children in their learn to swim journey and those he assists thoroughly enjoy him being in their class.
Ethan
Ethan joined us in 2016 as a beginner swimmer starting his learn to swim journey, he was always a star student and always listened and tried his absolute hardest, in 2022 he had completed all of his Stages but wasn't ready to leave us so has continued being one of our dedicated swimming assistants that all children adore.
Amira
Amira is Hannah's daughter and she has loved swimming from a very early age, since Amira was very small she has always been around poolside helping her mum collect equipment and had been counting down the days until she could help swimmers within the water, 2025 saw this start and the children adore her.
Hannah
Just too confuse things we have an assistant called Hannah, Hannah has been assisting with us since 2024 and has a very calm caring nature that helps the most nervous of swimmers, her encouragement and support helps every swimmer achieve their goals and progress well.
Jimmy
Jimmy has been with us since September 2025, he was a competitive swimmer and knows well the learn to swim programme, he has taken assisting like a duck to water and encouraging and supporting children extremely well, he is well adored by all and has become such a huge asset to Ready Steady Splash in such a short space of time.
Kieran
Kieran's Journey is a big one if you look at my blogs you'll see a huge write up about his learn to swim journey, Kieran has been swimming with me since 2016, he has been so dedicated even with his struggles and 2025 saw him become one of our very dedicated swimming assistants, he's incredible and he also continues to attend our Rookie Lifeguard courses as he has a huge passion for all water related activities.
Hannah
Another Hannah joined our team September 2025 she has shown huge dedication and passion for helping our swimmers in their learn to swim programme. Hannah is also a member of Norwich Synchro Club and regularly coaches the younger swimmers. She's hoping to complete her artistic swimming assistant coach and judging qualifications as soon as courses become available. Hannah is very passionate about swimming and helping others to develop their skills in the water.
Amelie
Amelie has been with us since 2025 and is becoming a great addition to our team, She also regularly helps and coaches younger members at Norwich Synchronized Swimming Club.
Amelie has been swimming since she was young and has a real passion for it and loves to support younger people in the water and help them to get confident and improve their swimming skills.

Florence
Florence started her learn to swim journey with us in 2021 and very quickly progressed and received her final stage 7 award in 2024, since then Florence has been helping with our smaller swimmers gain confidence in their learn to swim journey, the children absolutely adore her.
