It’s never too late to start learning we have taught a wide range of adults from ages 18 - 77 As well as learning and feeling more confident in the water each week you body goes through a full body, low-impact workout, it aids well-being, lowers stress levels and reduces anxiety and depression, you will also notice it will help with sleep patterns on the days you swim. Fun friendly adult swim lessons are waiting for you, come give us a try.
